Training Requirements

To Complete the 450 Hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training:

  • History & Philosophy of Pilates (4)

  • Professionalism/Scope of Practice & Ethics (15 hours)

  • Anatomy & Movement Principles (40)

  • Mat Instructor training or equivalent- Includes Pre-Pilates & Stretching (30 hours)

  • Reformer Instructor training ~ Course work, written and practical test (34 Hours)

  • Cadillac/Tower ~ Course work, written and practical test (18 hours)

  • Chair ~ Course work, written and practical test (12 hours)

  • Ladder Barrel (12 Hours) OR

    • Electives ~ Course work, written and practical test (10 hours)

  • 75 Personal practice hours, 115 Teaching hours, 75 Observation Hours. (We suggest 20 observation hours for each module)

  • Practical test and written assessment (10 hours)

Total hours for completion of full program: 450 hours. Upon finishing all of the requirements, a certificate of completion will be issued. Students who have completed a Pilates training program through other organizations and are interested in obtaining CEU’s and further training, should contact our office to inquire about our bridge program.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given only if cancellation is received 90 days prior to the course start date that the applicant has applied to.  The deposit is non-refundable. Tuition payments made prior to the course start will be refunded if cancellation meets the above requirements. Any tuition paid is NOT refundable once the course has begun. A Non Refundable Deposit of $499.00 is due with registration to reserve your spot.
