private sessions that are aimed at helping heal and improve the body from certain medical conditions including (but not limited to!) scoliosis, herniation, osteoporosis, and many others. these sessions are dedicated to making your body healthier and releasing pain and discomfort that you may experience due to these conditions. a speciality pilates session includes use of our amazing range of equipment: reformer, ladder barrel, pilates chair and caddilac (trapeze table). specialty privates can also help greatly with diastasis recti which is the separation of the abdominal muscles after pregnancy which can result in lower back pain, poor posture, and many other problems, so come see us new mommys!

the reformer is an amazingly elegant machine, which provides finely tuned exercise resistance. this resistance allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength and flexibility.

practiced in hammocks this is wonderful modern way to work out that incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension, hang around upside down, and have fun! it’s appropriate for anyone including beginners with no experience. for experienced practitioners, aerial will add a new dimension to complement your existing practice on the ground. every class includes decompression, supported inversions, core and upper body strengthening, deep relaxation, and fun! we require shirts that cover the underarms and ask that you refrain from wearing clothing with zippers and buttons and please refrain from strong scented deodorants and perfumes. we look forward to flying with you!
each student will get to experiment with climbs, inverts, locks, and slides on our beautiful aerial fabric!students work in small groups of 4 and can practice new moves at their own pace. class includes basic warm-up, conditioning, pull-ups, grip work and deep abdominal strengthening, and beginner moves, vocabulary and technique (climbs, splits, inverts, foot locks, ankle hangs, etc.)! this is a very fun and challenging and beautiful way to workout! your posture will be improved rather quickly!

What is Inferno Pilates? Inferno Hot Pilates is the hottest workout in town! And here it will be cool as well. While traditionally performed in a heated room, IHP can be done anywhere including a room temperature space. This is a fun, full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout using Pilates techniques. The class is designed to help people of all fitness levels build long lean muscle and burn fat without the pounding of many cardio workouts. Performed on a yoga mat, zero impact protects your joints. The class consists of Pilates bridge exercises, planks, and “Tabata” intervals that target various muscles, with an emphasis on core strengthening.

if one person shows for a class you can opt for a private session with equipment or mat, your choice! full payment for private session is required.
out of respect for classmates, teachers, and your own body, you will not be able to attend class if you show up later than ten minutes from the start of your class time.
all classes are subject to student teacher observation.
the studio will maintain regular hours unless it is unsafe to drive. in this case you will receive an email notification, otherwise regular class times are still in place.
check e-mail for class information an hour prior to class.
please refrain from using equipment (foam rollers, magic circles, etc) before or after your classes as it is distracting to other clients and disrupts the studio environment. please be respectful by not putting bags and other personal items on the equipment.
toesox are required for all classes. comfortable workout clothing recommended. no shoes.
please remove your shoes before entering the workout area. personal items and shoes may be stored in cubbies
