Peanut Butter Split Smoothie: 1 ripe banana, quartered and frozen 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy, natural, peanut butter Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

we all know that working out goes a little bit smoother (and happens a little bit more often) if we have a tiny reward system in place. at least, that’s how my mind works! so why not do it in a healthier way? instead of, “if i work out for an hour this morning, i can have that milkshake i have been craving…” try “if i work out for an hour this morning, i will make myself a delicious protien packed smoothie!” after a lovely pilates session our bodies need to soak up some protein so our muscles can grow and build more efficiently. so i love smoothies that incorporate peanut butter! and they can be very simple and quick (since most of us are on the go almost constantly!)
